IT ServiceNow Developer

Tarifa freelance: 250-300€/jornada (8 horas de L a V, de 8 a 17h)
Asignación de larga duración
100% teletrabajo

1. Profile:
•    Demonstrated 2+ years working with ITSM toolsets, preferably ServiceNow 
•    Working knowledge at least of the ITSM module
•    Certified ServiceNow career path preferred
•    ITIL certification
•Demonstrated experience working in several complex projects of large scale and global scope
•Experienced in design, development, implementation and operation of core ITIL processes, from requirements engineering to testing
•self-motivated with a proven track record in ITSM technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly changing environment
•English spoken is a must.

2.    Main Responsibilities
We are looking for a business analyst to support our IT Service Management Department in enhancing our ITSM toolset ServiceNow. 
•Requirements engineering: responsible for working with service owners and projects to define requirements and create well-written user stories
•Collaborating with diverse stakeholders to elicit user needs and requirements. Understanding stakeholders needs and successfully finding solutions that meet those needs
•Supporting process and product owners with solution design for individual enhancement requests as well as larger project requests or new process introductions
•Transforming requirements into solution design and concept
