Details of the offer
We are looking for a Responsible for Support in the Archiving area within SAP.
With solid international experience in archiving projects within the SAP area and/or maintenance of archiving objects, not only from a technical standpoint but also functionally.
You would be the point of contact with the managers of different areas (Purchasing, Sales, Finance, Logistics, HR...) that rely on SAP systems to discuss and agree on how to configure the different archiving objects and retention periods.
Manage and control all archiving-jobs in different SAP-systems
Analyze and create new archiving-objects
Manage DART requests from different countries and deliver files on-time
Implement ILM-conform archiving (person-data)
Manage and support archiving-system (preferable EASY)
Close collaboration with our Business and other IT Departments
Documentation of processes and infrastructure
Support Financial Shared Services Team to operate Readsoft Solution
Location: Remote from anywhere in Spain (eligible to work in Spain)
English: Very fluent
Experience: +5 years
Contract: Freelance or permanent
Rate: 400-500€ per day
Duration: One year with extensions of equal length (stable client, long-term)
