Para uno de nuestros clientes finales (empresa internacional del sector industrial) ubicada en Zaragoza, estamos buscando el siguiente perfil:
IT Service Manager con conocimientos en ITIL
Trabajo en REMOTO para no residentes en Zaragoza.
Process and demand is responsible for managing Service Management process owned by the Service Management department: Ensure that proper design is implemented and that the process is being carried out, run the day-to-day operation of the process and manage the improvement of the process. The individual receives regular updates concerning the performance of the process, performs process assessments, process design, redesign, and improvements and represents all decisions relevant to the process.
Key responsabilities:
● To manage and execute process owned by Service Management department.
● To represent the process to all external groups.
● Responsible for the overall performance and results of the process, identification and management of critical process success factors.
● To control and lead process improvement, approval or rejection of process deviation requests and enforcement of the process.
● To report process status and progress to peers and executives and facilitation.
● To resolve and handle escalation of cross-functional issues.
● To participate and lead project/program where SM is involved, as required.
Profile:
- Expertise in Service Mangement in IT Infraestructure area.
- Project Management in IT Infraestructure area.+
- Deep knowledge of ITIL. Certification.
- English written and spoken.
